Baby Sasquatch Sliders

Prep Time: 40 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Servings: 12 Sliders

Ingredients

  1 lb ground beef

  2.85 oz Jack Link’s® Peppered Jerky, finely diced or shredded in a food processor (alt. flavors: Sriracha, Jalapeño, Original, or any Small Batch® flavor)

  Liquid smoke to taste

  Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, jerky, and liquid smoke. Blend together until just incorporated. Be careful not to overmix.

2. Divide mixture into 12 equal balls.

3. Form balls into miniature patties approximately 1/2-inch thick.

4. Season patties with salt and pepper.

5. Grill or pan-sear patties.

6. Place each patty on a slider bun and top with favorite condiment.

7. Remember, everyone’s counting on you.
