Bacon and Date Wrapped Mozzarella Bites

You’ve never had Mozzarella Bites wrapped like this before!

Ingredients

  12 Farm Rich Mozzarella Bites

  6 slices of bacon

  12 Medjool dates, pitted and flattened

Directions

1. Cut each slice of bacon in half crosswise. Top each frozen Mozzarella Bite with a date and wrap with piece of bacon; secure with toothpick. Substitute dried figs or apricots for dates if desired.

2. Preheat grill to medium heat. Place bites on well-greased disposable foil plate; grill, turning, for 6 to 8 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
