Banana Milk Shake

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  1 banana, ripe

  1/4 cup orange juice

  3/4 cup skim milk

  1 cup low-fat yogurt (strawberry or blueberry)

Directions

In a blender mix banana, orange juice and skim milk. Blend for 1 or 2 seconds until smooth.

Stir in yogurt. Chill, if desired, then serve.
